  • Juniors (9–12):

    $90 priority (available until January 10) / $130 standard

  • Seniors (12+):

    $110 priority (available until January 10) / $150 standard

Limited places available to ensure a focused, high-quality training environment.
Observation opportunity for dancers to be seen by our Conservatoire faculty during class and rehearsal settings. Thus workshop participants may be considered for Conservatoire pathways

Who is this workshop for?
This is an open workshop for motivated dancers aged 9+ who are eager to training develop their classical technique across multiple styles of learning, delivered by leading industry artists.

Do dancers need to be classical specialists?
No. This experience is for dancers with a purposeful mindset, those who take classical training seriously. While the faculty includes high-level classical artists, the workshop is designed to support dancers across disciplines, with a strong focus on versatility, mindset, and performance quality.

Why are places limited?
To ensure dancers receive meaningful feedback, adequate space, and an elevated learning experience consistent with Conservatoire standards.

What does the full day include?
A structured 6-hour program including technique, repertoire, creative process, and performance-focused sessions, with appropriate breaks throughout the day.

Terms & Conditions – Participation in Dance Conservatory Australia  Events & Workshops
By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in any Dance Conservatory Australia (DCA) event, including but not limited to The Audition Room, Open Day, or any advertised workshop or experience, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Ticket Purchase & Communication
  • By purchasing a ticket to a Dance Conservatory Australia event, you consent to receiving communications regarding the event from the event organiser via email.
  • It is the responsibility of the participant (or parent/guardian if under 18) to ensure contact details are accurate at time of purchase to receive all relevant event information and updates.
2. Eligibility for Dance Conservatory Australia Programs
  • Participation in the event does not automatically qualify you for admission.
3. Notice of Photography/Videography
  • By entering the event premises, you acknowledge and agree that the event may be photographed or filmed for promotional, archival, or marketing purposes.
  • You grant Dance Conservatory Australia full rights to use any such images or recordings, including edited versions, in print and digital media formats without compensation or notice.
  • If you do not consent to being photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to inform Dance Conservatory Australia  in writing prior to the event.
4. Participation & Behaviour
  • Dancers are expected to arrive on time, in appropriate dance attire, and participate respectfully and safely throughout the experience.
  • The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant from the event if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
5. Assumption of Risk & Injury Waiver
  • Dance is a physical activity and, as such, participation carries an inherent risk of injury.
  • By participating in this event, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept the risks associated with dance training, including physical exertion and potential injury.
  • Dance Conservatory Australia, its staff, affiliates, guest choreographers, and venue partners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and capable of participating safely.
6. Refund & Transfer Policy
  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for change of mind or non-attendance.
  • Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from the organiser.
7. Changes to the Event
  • Dance Conservatory Australia reserves the right to alter event details (including time, location, instructors, or content) if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. All reasonable efforts will be made to communicate changes in advance.
