Event Terms & Conditions Metamorphosis – Choreographic Showcase
By purchasing a ticket to Metamorphosis, attendees agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Ticketing
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee if required.
Seating is general admission unless otherwise specified.
Priority Seating Ticket holders will receive early venue access prior to general admission to allow selection of preferred seating.
Entry may be refused without a valid ticket.
Event Changes
Photography & Videography
No audience photography or videography is permitted during the performance.
This event will be professionally filmed and photographed by the official event media team. We kindly ask all guests to remain present and respectful of the performers and audience experience by refraining from recording on personal devices.
By attending, patrons acknowledge they may appear in event media content captured for promotional and archival purposes.
Venue Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards performers, audience members, staff, and venue property.
Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the venue without refund.
Children attending the performance must remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Arrival & Late Entry
Liability
Attendees enter the venue at their own risk.
Dance Conservatory Australia and the venue accept no responsibility for loss, theft, injury, or damage sustained at the event, except where required by law.
Lighting & Theatrical Effects
This performance may contain theatrical lighting effects, including haze, flashing lights, and strobe-style effects which may affect patrons with photosensitivity or related medical conditions.
Audience members attend at their own discretion.
